Hi, I'm Heart!
There I was, a mom with a new business and a growing family, trying to scale to my first $5K months.
The big problem was that there were not enough hours in the day. And, there was a lot on my plate: I was juggling everything from being a wife, mom, parent-teacher, business owner, house-keeper. I also hit a cap on servicing my clients, which meant that I couldn't hit my $5K goal.
Then, I realized that the key to scaling my freelance business meant that I needed to restructure how I worked. I started focusing on what really mattered and just stopped doing all the things for my clients!
Eventually, it became crystal clear to me how I can scale my business to consistent $5K+ months while working less and without hiring a team. So, I could hit my revenue goals plus get more time back doing the things I love doing.
My plan was to start by focusing only on four things : premium package, systemizing, marketing and closing my ideal clients during discovery calls, and continuously elevating my services.
So, I started this plan back in September and then by June the following year, I had my first $5K month. But I didn’t stop there. I hit $8K, then $11K, the $24K all from my services!
Building on that success, I decided I wanted to share what I learned about scaling my business to $24K+ in 10 months with other freelancers and online service providers. That was when I created Creative Success Mastery which then evolved to Scale Up With Simplicity.
My proudest achievement so far is having been able to retire my husband from his corporate job and give our children the gift of our presence. Life has been so much happier, healthier, and more fun since then.
